Relationships, Dating and Socialization Skills

We all want that very special connection, but when you or your partner has ADD/ADHD, dating and relationships can often be both frustrating and challenging.

Does your ADHD get in the way of real intimacy—or even a second date?
Do you feel isolated and distanced?
It doesn’t have to be that way!

ADHDDatingTips – is a forum to explore how to make meeting people and deepening relationships easier, less stressful, more fun, fulfilling and successful.

You can help yourself, and others, by sharing your thoughts and experiences. Learn how others manage the challenges of ADHD and relationships. Ask questions you might hesitate to ask anywhere else – this is a public forum, but one of support and concern. Contribute your thoughts – your peers want to hear what you have to say.

Together we are creating a toolbox of practical strategies, tips and techniques that help build healthy relationships. We are exploring and learning to recognize and compensate for the challenges of ADD/ADHD.

Our goal is to increase awareness of how ADD/ADHD can get in the way of successful relationships, pinpoint specific problem areas and suggest do-able solutions, so that dating with ADD works! Connect with others who really understand what you are experiencing. Participate in this Forum – we really want to hear what YOU have to say.
